“Thank you so much for the incredible work-outs all year long, and for pushing me to push myself. I have never felt stronger in my life. I will take what you have taught me with me and try and make myself work at least half as hard as you pushed me every week. Thanks for helping me feel beautiful on my wedding day!”

“Kristin not only transformed my body over the past year, but transformed my eating habits and attitude in the process. Her no nonsense approach to fitness and her passion for the field make working out not only efficient, but enjoyable as well. Kristin helped me feel like the most beautiful bride on my wedding day and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It was hard work, but definitely worth it!”

Sarah: I met Sarah in my classes. She was a ballet dancer looking for a good balance of cardiovascular and strength training. She got hooked on my classes fast but ended up having to move for her career: “Thanks for the amazing classes. I loved them, learned so much and will miss you and the classes. It would be truly awesome and I’d love it if you would be willing to send me some workouts every once in a while!"
Chelsey: Chelsey’s mom contacted me after her first year of college, terrified of the “freshman 15” her daughter had put on. Attending the University of the Arts to study dance, her mom most feared her not reaching her potential as the industry strives for a certain aesthetic, despite talent. Her daughter had lost motivation for healthy living, and working out: “Kristin made working out fun again! I loved training with her, and especially loved her Cardio Blast class. I also attended a nutrition workshop she held and realized I could still have my sweets and eat healthy… her protein pudding is the best!” Anonymous: One of my toughest cases was a passionate dancer with an unhealthy relationship with food. Years of dance auditions and industry standards had made her view food as the enemy. I work a lot with addiction, and food is one of the hardest. It’s as much mental as it is physical.: “Kristin taught me that its not all or nothing with food. It’s about understanding how the body responds to different foods and how to best use them to reach your goals. More than that though, she taught me that it’s ok not to be perfect, to mess up every now and again, it doesn’t make you a failure, but human. Just accept, move on, and start again.” Marcel: An African Native, Marcel became famous for his work in “Dancing with the Stars”. After moving to the U.S., time off of his trade with a career change into the airline industry took a toll on his training and conditioning “I reached out to Kristin to help put me on the right path with nutrition. But what I got in the end was so much more… She pushed me to redirect and still prioritize on using my talent, but in the form of teaching others. Because of her, I decided to get Zumba certified. Kristin hired me as one of her instructors. I love teaching and am so happy that dance is still such a big part of my lifestyle’’. P.S. Marcel is the Best Instructor/Dancer I have ever met!** |
“When I met Kristin, I told her that no matter how hard I worked out, I had never been able to lose weight. She made me stop looking at the scales, and to instead, use the mirror and my measurements to monitor my success. By my wedding day, I had lost 6.75 total inches over my body and felt more toned than ever before.” – Amy Modlin

“I was actually Kristin’s first bridal project. Kristin had just entered into the industry when I got engaged. She took me on as a personal project. I had been carrying an extra 10lbs since college and wanted to go into my wedding in the best shape of my life. Sure enough, I took off that extra weight and was at my lightest ever on my wedding day. It was more than that though… she was such a good friend and was there to support me in every aspect of my wedding. I still look back at the pictures from that day and remember feeling so beautiful.” –Jessica Waters Frye

“I hired Kristin when I got engaged. I was working in sales at a local gym and it was against policy for me to work with outside trainers. I knew I had to have Kristin though, she is the best. Kristin came to my house twice a week and worked to get me ready for my wedding. Kristin really emphasized the importance of changing my diet to see the results I craved. I think that was the hardest part. But after A LOT of coaching and support, I lost 15lbs for my wedding day. Kristin became more than my trainer, also my friend. She was there until the end, and watched me walk down that aisle”. –Ariel Bronstein

“I had known Kristin from group fitness classes at 12th Street Gym, but knew that I needed to hire a personal trainer the day that I got engaged! Prior to my wedding she helped me get in shape by providing me not only personal training, but also nutrition counseling as well as emotional support. Every girl wants to look perfect on her wedding day, and Kristin helped me by doing that. Her enthusiasm, passion for fitness and training, and passion for MY success; motivated me to achieve my goals and look the way that every bride should on her wedding day!”

Erica & Vince: This was the first couple I trained together. Erica contacted me and felt she would be best pushed with her fiance' by her side. I've done "group training" for years, but never a man and women with (completely) different goals. I was inspired by this couple; For the fist time ever, I saw love in it's purest form, completely working in unison for a common goal. I think this couple inspired me more than I did them.
