Muscular Development:
I’ve heard it a million times…! Men who are striving to get “bigger”, and the women who are terrified that lifting weights is going to make them “bulky”. True muscular development doesn’t happen overnight and will not reach it’s potential without the proper training and nutritional program in place. I work with clients to both gain size and strength, or just to tone down those trouble areas. With each goal… there is a separate plan of action as individual as the client themselves. Competitive Physique Coaching:
If you have ever been interested in competing, then I’m the coach for you. I have been a competitor myself for the last four years with over 20 shows under my belt. I am an IFPA and NGA Figure Pro and Women’s Bodybuilder, and a Nationally Qualified NPC Physique Competitor. I plan to break over to the other side this year as I will start judging NGA shows in New Jersey. I work with clients for an intensive 3 month program to get them “stage ready”. This includes personalized strength training, nutritional planning, posing and stage prep. I work with both men and women as I have experience in every division and organization. Bridal Prep:
For most brides, “getting in shape” is one of the top priorities in planning a wedding. For me, it’s one of the greatest rewards to see my brides walk down the aisle, feeling “so beautiful” that day. I typically start working with brides 6-12months prior to their weddings. Each plan is individual, but I do focus a large part of the training on the back and arms (often the focus outside of the dress). Dietary planning is also personal, but needs to be approached with timing of dress alterations, etc. In some cases I work with entire bridal parties or both the bride and groom in partner training… after all… a couple that trains together; stays together! I would be honored to be a small part of your special day! |
Special Events and Sports Specific Training:
Training is as personal as the individual themself and often the “goal” involves needing to keep in peak shape for sports or work. My favorite area of training is in sports conditioning, into which I mix my background in military training. I’ve developed three soon to be trademarked sports conditioning classes, designed a training program for a kids soccer team, organized teams for obstacle runs, and worked with clients ranging from the FBI Special Forces, to Military and Special Agents. I strive to get you in the best shape of your life… and teach you the endurance it takes to stay there! |
Dance Conditioning:
I am not a dancer, but I do work with a numerous amount of dance training cliental for the conditioning, core training, and nutritional coaching required for professional dancers. As most dancers know; talent alone doesn’t make your career. On a competitive level, you need the extra elements of diet and strength training to take you to an elite level. I will help you find that missing link in your dance training program! (Please inquire for student rates as I work with a lot of dance students.) |
